SMS Terms details

These SMS Terms apply to text message programs operated by Marc-On Shooting LLC (“Marc-On Shooting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We may send messages directly and may use service providers to facilitate Marc-On Shooting-branded messages.
By providing your mobile number and opting in through a Marc-On Shooting website, app, checkout flow, booking flow, membership signup, waiver, keyword, or staff-assisted enrollment, you agree to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Marc-On Shooting. Messages may include booking, reservation, class registration, membership, payment, customer support, account, and service notifications. Where you separately consent to promotional messages, messages may also include offers, event updates, announcements, and other marketing communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You may reply START, JOIN, or SUBSCRIBE to opt back in where available.

Supported Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Privacy
Your mobile information, SMS consent, and opt-in data are handled as described in our SMS Privacy Notice and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile opt-in data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
