Marc-On Shooting Donates Profits from Patriot Art Show to Support Chippewa Falls Police K-9 Unit
Lake Hallie, WI – This past December, Marc-On Shooting hosted its first Patriot Art Show, with 100% of proceeds from purchased artwork going directly to the Chippewa Falls Police K-9 Unit. The owners will present the check to Chief Matt Kelm, Chippewa Falls Police Department on Wednesday.
“Bringing on a K-9 officer to the Chippewa Falls Police force is going to be very beneficial for our community’s safety,” said owner Dan Marcon.
All funds donated to start the CFPD K-9 program will be used to pay for costs directly associated with the purchase of the K-9 and associated training, equipment, vehicle, and fundraising expenses. All funds raised beyond the startup cost will be used towards continuing the K-9 program.
“We’re proud to live and work alongside the Chippewa Falls Police Department, and are happy to give back however we can,” Marcon added.
Marc-On Shooting features an indoor firing range, pro shop, training center and complete gunsmithing services. Marc-On is west central Wisconsin’s largest and most exciting shooting sports facility.
