LAKE HALLIE, Wis. (WEAU) — August is the first ever National Shooting Sports Month that’s designed to celebrate shooting sports. It’s estimated that 44% people in Wisconsin own a gun and Hello Wisconsin got a first-hand experience seeing what shooting for sport is all about.
Dan Marc-on, owner of Marc-on Shooting in Lake Hallie, a Certified Firearms Instructor and also shoots for sport talked with WEAU’s Courtney Everett and Tyler Mickelson about the family fun activity. Plus, each were challenged to shoot at a 15 ft. target to see who had better aim.
Marc-On Shooting features an indoor firing range, pro shop, training center and complete gunsmithing services. Marcon Shooting is west central Wisconsin’s largest and most exciting shooting sports facility.
